For an added bonus\, you can also earn the PADI Project AWARE Coral Conservation certification with Silent World Dive Center on this special trip! (Certification not required for participation in the program.) (Restoration activities are weather dependent.) \nThe PADI Project AWARE Coral Conservation certification informs divers and non-divers about the plight of the world’s coral reefs. The certification describes how coral reefs function and why they are so important. It also reviews why many reefs are in serious trouble and what individuals can do to prevent further decline. \nThe program start in the morning at the Coral Restoration Foundation™ Exploration Center at 5 Seagate Boulevard in Key Largo. \nPADI Project AWARE Coral Conservation certification check-in is after the morning program at 11AM at 51 Garden Cove Drive\, while non-certification check-in is at 12:15PM at the same location. \nThis program incurs a dive cost to Silent World Dive Center and a separate donation to Coral Restoration Foundation™\, which is made on site during the morning session. (Restoration activities are weather dependent.) \nThe day begins with a morning of education at our Exploration Center at 8:30AM. Check-in at the dive shop is at 12:30 and the afternoon dives will be from 1 to 5 pm. \nRainbow Reef rates and donations to Coral Restoration Foundation™ are as follows: \n$175 first time trip for adults 18 and older. This rate is composed of:\n$125 to Rainbow Reef\, which includes the PADI Project AWARE Coral Reef Conservation certification\, sanctuary 2 tank dive\, and PIC fee\n$50 donation* to CRF™ \n$155 first time trip for 17 and younger. This rate is composed of:\n$120 to Rainbow Reef\, which includes the PADI Project AWARE Coral Reef Conservation certification\, sanctuary 2 tank dive\, and PIC fee\n$35 donation* to CRF™ \n$135 for repeat restoration program trip with Rainbow Reef or for those who already have the PADI Project AWARE Coral Reef Conservation certification.
