Growing up in Illinois, far from any ocean, Jackson always had a passion for conservation and wildlife, dreaming of a future immersed in nature and biodiversity. Jackson graduated from the University of South Florida, where he discovered his calling in marine biology during an exhilarating study abroad experience in the Galapagos islands. This transformative experience deepened his passion, leading him to advance his studies in environmental science and biology. He became a skilled scientific diver, conducting vital coral and fish surveys in the vibrant ecosystems of the Florida Keys.

Starting at Coral Restoration Foundation™ as an intern, Jackson has leveraged his diverse skill set across multiple departments, from innovative communications to hands-on restoration efforts. Driven by a deep-seated commitment to environmental preservation, he has found his ideal mission at CRF™. With a team of like-minded individuals, Jackson is ecstatic to contribute to the vital work of protecting and restoring our precious coral reefs.
